Returns & Cancellations

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Belumee, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Return Conditions

  • The time frame for returns must not exceed 30 days from the date the original order was received.
  • Custom items and final-sale products are not eligible for returns.
  • All pieces must be returned in new, unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your item.
  • For non-defective products, a 35% restocking fee will apply. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.

Note: All return requests must be submitted and approved in advance. We have a designated return address; returns sent to any other address will not be accepted or processed.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.

For custom products, we begin production as soon as your order is received to ensure you get your item as quickly as possible. Once production has begun, cancellations will incur a 30% processing fee.

For in-stock products, you may cancel your order if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it and the item has not yet shipped.

 

Refunds

We will process your refund within 1–2 business days after your request has been approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and cannot be processed to a different account or form of payment.

Note: If your order qualified for free shipping, the applicable shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
