Warranty

Belumee jewelry is designed to last, which is why all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date your original order is received.

Warranty Terms

• The customer is responsible for any required shipping fees.
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products bought directly from Belumee.
• Any maintenance, repairs, resizing, or other services performed by anyone other than Belumee will void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage (accidental or otherwise) not caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
2. Tarnishing of silver or plated jewelry – this is a natural process.
3. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or scratches. Prong settings and precious metals naturally show wear over time and may require reinforcement or repair, which is considered normal wear and tear.
4. Discoloration can be caused by contact with chemicals, cosmetics, pool water, hot tub water, or bath water.
5. Water damage to any product not specifically marked as water-resistant.
6. Lost or stolen items.
